Wayne arrived on time and was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He walked and assessed the entire house. He dusted for cob webs, installed bait boxes (explained the design and safety), conventional traps, and sprayed. We are very satisfied with the service call. I don’t know the price we paid as my wife made the agreement. Disregard the 1 star.

Good afternoon. Sorry we missed you. Today I completed your quarterly premium pest control service. I checked and refilled your exterior bait stations and found moderate to heavy activity. Carefully avoiding plants, vegetables, and any personal items I then applied a non-repellent treatment around the exterior perimeter of your home, treating for ants, spiders and other general pests. I also checked all of the termite monitors and found no activity present at this time. Please allow 10-14 days for optimal results. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our office. Today I completed your initial service. For general pests, the exterior perimeter and yellow jackets on back side of garage was treated with a liquid residual solution. Best results take effect in 5-7 days. If you have any questions please contact the office anytime. Today I completed a one time service. Interior and exterior of pool house was treated for ants and general pests with a liquid residual solution. With a liquid residual, I spot treated a home in the side of home and above gutter where yellow jackets were nesting. Best results take effect 7-10 days or let the office know.
